Body Balance is a unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and aims to increase strength and muscle tone and improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility. The class will help participants to learn how to control their breathing and focus their mind. An equally important goal of the class is to reduce stress levels and improve mental wellbeing. With strength, flexibility and a calm mind, the body achieves balance.

All our services are free however you must book to secure a place.
